How to talk my mom into letting me get an industrial bar ear piercing?

i want to get an industrial bar piercing in my ear.. i just got my bellybutton pierced like a 3 weeks ago.. my mom was fine with it.. but im afraid to ask her for an industrial.. how do i ask her or talk her into it?
