TRUE or FALSE: Size (weight&height) has nothing to do with punching power?

Your assertions are credible and while height and weight may play to some degree, I think it is the timing that will create a bigger impact when it lands. One may be heavy and tall but if his timing is off, the force will be greatly diminished when it gets to the target.
