Which HVAC field of study should I go into: HVACR technician or industrial maintenance concentration in HVAC?

I want to be an hvac technician but i dont know what i should do. the community college that im going to offers associate of applied science degrees in industrial maintenance with a concentration in air conditioning and refrigeration and an hvac degree with concentrations in: advanced acr,indoor air quality,acr business,acr commercial,design and acr controls. I am not sure which one to do? should i do the hvac degree and if i do which concentration should i go into or should i do the industrial maintenance degree. I think that hvac would be a good career field for me to go into but i can not narrow it down to one field of study, so i thought id adk for some advice here on yahoo answers and see what i got. I thought that once I had the catalog that it would help me decide but i have one now and i still cant make up my mind. if someone knows of a way for me to make this easier then please pass your advice my way.
