Professtional Piercing Shops ?

Can he/she do regular piercings also..when i usualy see videos i see ppl only getting stuff like industrial and double helix and tragus and ect...but no regular lobe piercings at professtional shops....do they do those there also... or am i gonna have to go to WALMART OR CLAIRES ?? but if they do do em do they do EVERYTHING with a needle or the lobe with the gun. I WANT TO GET A DOUBLE HELIX AND JUST 2ND ONE IN MY >>> ((lobe)) all dne at once
