ARTISTS: How can I become a known artist?

I paint and I take pictures. I use mostly acrylic paints, paper, charcoal, fabrics, inks, and just.. some other items i find. I paint for most people for gifts and what not. I just feel like I've got a lot of talent. And my school is so great and stuff and I dont know i need some leverage to get where i want to be NOW. I'm 15 and im a sophomore in a big city. I have entered exactly 2 art contests. the first being the reflections contest of my 2nd grade year, which i dominated and won out of the entire state. And recently one at my school. andddd i heard nothing from that. i have A TON of competition at my school cause ssssooooo many kids are sssoooo talented. ARTISTS i need your advice. Like . I need you to be my mentor or something.. and i want you to keep in touch with me and i show you my work and stuff! because I want to expand and learn more and just everything.
