Is this fair at all? Please help?

Ok so I'm not spoiled at all. My parents don't spoil me or anything I barely get anything from them any more. And whenever I ask for something the answer is no 90% of the time. Ill be 13 in about 2 months and I asked my mom if I could get an Industrial bar percing. She said no. I mean it's not like I'm asking to peirce my belly button or something. I asked to only get my second percing like the one that's still on the ear lobe she still said no. But most of my friends have them and I know I shouldn't want something just cause everybody else has it too but I think it's cool. I also asked to get highlights just regular blonde ones and she said no. I mean it's not a big deal. I want to know if this is fair?? I'm almost 13 and she's treating me like a 10 years old!! It's my body not hers!!!
