Pensions Dispute: Teachers or Child Minders ?

A little of both I believe. My dad was a teacher but felt like he had to be a dad to some kids because their parents were not but there were those whose parents were involved in their education. Unfortunately for me he neglected his own parenting on some occasions because he was helping others.
