Should I tell my parents about my boyfriend?

I'm 18 right now but I don't know if I should tell my parents about my boyfriend. I'll be 19 in July and he will be 20 in a few weeks. When I was 16 my parents found out that I had sex with my boyfriend and told me I was never allowed to see him again. They took my cell phone for a few months and then checked it every night to make sure I wasn't talking to him. I just got back from my freshman year of college and I found a new boyfriend at home. We've been together about 3 weeks. I don't know if I should tell my parents about him because of how they reacted with my last boyfriend. They are still very controlling of my actions, but we aren't close at all. They're also very judgmental. He's in college but doesn't go to a very good school. He is on an academic scholarship. I'm worried that they will try to stop me from seeing him. I don't like lying but I really like this guy and I don't want them to get in the way of my relationship. For all I know, this could be the guy I want to marry. I know legally they can't stop me but they are paying for my college and for me to live with them right now so they can use that as leverage. Should I tell my parents about him or keep it to myself?
