Should we worry that whites are being desensitized to be called racist?

In particular, as a person of color, I see I feel this in the air. You know? Whites are more uppity now. They claim that anti-racism is anti-white bigotry. How can communities of color continue with social justice programs without verbal leverage? Whites have all the power but are start to play victim and they are very very heavily armed. What happens when most whites openly revel in wanting to get rid of us out of their former countries? I figure if we become the new majority, it's ours to take.
